The Effect of Foods on Our Wellbeing

The food we eat has an extraordinary effect on our physical and mental wellbeing. If you find this hard to believe all you need to do is change your eating habits. If you typically eat junk food, eat healthy and you will feel revitalized with more energy. If you typically eat very healthy just eat junk for a day and you will experience mood swings and discomfort.

Goodbye Dairy Foods

Conventional advice tells us to consume lots of dairy, it's high in calcium and vitamin D and helps build strong bones and teeth, right? Well, there are those that think so, but there are also those who believe the dairy industry is one of the biggest dietary and health scams out there. The arguments for each side of this argument, dairy healthy and dairy bad, could go on for days.

My First Blog Entry!

This is the story of me and an opportunity to achieve full potential. So much of our lives we live being told what to do and doing what we're told. We escape our own instinct and common sense and reason and instead listen to those whom might not and perhaps usually don't have our best interest in mind. And if perhaps they do, they are also blinded by the same ignorance as we all often find ourselves residing in, a bowl of ignorance topped with trust in those sworn to serve and protect us.
