Being healthy is more than just eating right and exercising. It's beyond eating raw and drinking water, cleansing your body and your mind. Being healthy is about happiness.
Happiness is healthy and being healthy without happiness cannot exist. It's a shame but much of the time phrases like "eating right" "eating your vegetables" "working out" conjure up negative images in our heads and are seen as things we must do to stay healthy. Seriously, lol.
When you decide you want to change your life you need to look inside and see what is important to you and where you would like to be. Maybe you start out by eating more salads or maybe you just decide to stop eating fast food, or maybe you just get salad at a fast food restaurant. Whatever you choose you have to start somewhere and work yourself into your new habits. By doing this you will begin to grow and develop as a person. By simply making new choices in what you do or eat you will experience new things and this alone will push you to become more healthy and develop into a stronger person.
So don't try to jump into something you are ready for physically or emotionally. It took me a year after I bought my first colon cleanse to actually do it. But I'm glad I waited because when I jumped the gun to buy it in the first place I wasn't ready physically or emotionally to actually use it.
You must trust your own intuition and do what you know you need to do. You must realize that "eating right" and "working out" is awesome and find your own balance and pace to create a healthier you. If in striving to increase your wellness and make yourself healthier you find that you are unhappy with the experience, take a step back, rearrange, and readjust...because life is supposed to be happy and healthy is happy.
