Trudeau does list some common ailments and the cures for them in this book but the book really serves as an urging or push for the reader to adopt a natural health philosophy, a better way of life.
Trudeau explains that most of everything we've all been taught is healthy isn't, that the very food we eat, health care products we use, and prescription drugs we take are killing us. He also unleashes a massive strike against "them" (the government, the food industry, pharmaceutical companies and other corrupt big business) explaining how they knowingly poison millions of people each year with products that are not safe and suppress natural cures and individuals offering natural cures.
A great part of the book is that Trudeau provides lots of recommended books for reading so if a particular subject in the book interests or you question the validity of some of his claims you can take a look at another source.
Bottom Line: This book can be a shocking eye opener for the natural health novice. If you take prescription drugs, use normal body care products, eat the Standard American Diet (SAD), and believe that the government does it's best to do what is best for your health then I highly suggest you read this book.
For me personally, this book was one of the first natural health books I had ever read, it opened my mind to the realization that most of everything I had been taught about how to be healthy was wrong. While at times I felt the book was a bit redundant and overly emphasized government conspiracy, I still believe it is a great book for anyone and everyone.
