Natalie Rose writes a wonderful book for raw foodist beginners!
If you have ever been interested in learning more about the benefits of eating raw foods and the philosophy behind it, I strongly recommend that you read Raw Food Life Force Energy by Natalie Rose.
In this book Rose explains Life Force Energy, which according to Rose "...has a distinct vibration that will uplift, purify, rejuvenate, and energize every cell in your body, dramatically transforming your appearance and mind-set." She explains the principles of the vibrations of matter and the different levels of vibration of food and what food is the best to eat. She explains that Life Force Energy needs to flow freely through the body and explains how to achieve this free flow.
She also explains how to eat food in the correct combinations to achieve optimal health and easy digestion. Finally she provides a 21 day program to follow to detox and recharge the body and includes over 70 recipes to use during this program. According to Rose once your body is filled with free flowing Life Force Energy you will experience natural bliss.
Bottom Line: This book is great for beginners looking to understand the principles of eating raw foods. More advanced raw foodists might be disappointed to see cooked recipes within the recipe section but they are provided to ease the transition of eating "normal foods" to eating raw foods for beginners. If you do plan on using this book for recipes keep in mind that you will most likely have to visit a health food store to find some the items required such as raw goat cheese, stevia, and raw soy sauce.
