Approximately a year ago I bought my first colon cleansing kit. I researched high and low and finally found one I was comfortable taking and guess what?....I never did it!......until now that is. My colon cleansing purchase was a lesson to me about getting ahead of yourself and lying to yourself about what you are and aren't ready to do. After I purchased the kit I came up with a hundred of reasons why I should wait to do it, it became one of those things you dread to do and put on a to do list that never gets done.

Being Healthy
Being healthy is more than just eating right and exercising. It's beyond eating raw and drinking water, cleansing your body and your mind. Being healthy is about happiness.
Happiness is healthy and being healthy without happiness cannot exist. It's a shame but much of the time phrases like "eating right" "eating your vegetables" "working out" conjure up negative images in our heads and are seen as things we must do to stay healthy. Seriously, lol.

Work Your Way into a Healthy Diet
When I first became aware that there was more to health in foods than low fat, no fat, low calories, low cholesterol, and some fruits and vegetables...when I came to the realization that the foods I was eating were filled with chemicals and poisons I abruptly stopped eating my normal diet and ate mainly fruits and vegetables. Now the result of this was terrible. Yes, terrible.

Toxic Mind
I was recently reminded of the effects of having a toxic mind. A toxic mind is just as bad, if not worse than having a toxic body. Just like a toxic body a toxic mind will cause stress and disease.
There was a time when I was a complete skeptic about the power of the mind over the body. "What? Someone cured themselves with laugher? Lucky coincidence." Now, I see that the mind having an effect on health and disease is nothing but common sense.
